Android text message picture cant download in wifi

I am sorry it is not an LG G3 issue. I had the same issue with GS4 on VZW as well. I had to turn WIFI off and than pictures would download fine. Now with G3 I use Evolve SMS and it download fine. If you forget to turn on 3G before you click "download" on your file in the thread, then just back out of the message screen and then go back it. This will get your "download" button back to get it.
